हमारी गौमाता गीर के जंगल में रहती है वही के वातावरण में पलती है और वहा की कुदरती वन औषधियां खाती है। इसी गौमाता के दो आंचल के दूध को बछड़ो के लिए फिर दो आंचल का दोहन किया जाता है।
उसी दूध का दही ज़माने के लिए रातभर रख दिया जाता है, फिर सुबह में वैदिक बिलोना पद्धति से उस दही में से मख्खन निकाला जाता है। फिर उस मख्खन को धीमी आंच पर गोबर के उपले का इस्तमाल करके पकाया जाता है, और यही शुद्ध वैदिक बिलोना घी को गीर से आपके घर तक पोहचाया जाता है।
